A beautiful serene environment to explore and transform physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Chris Denicola
Chris has been practicing and teaching Budokon since 2006, achieving the level of Blue Belt (2nd Level). For him, Budokon has not just been a practice, but a way of life: from moving, thinking, acting, and listening. He actively participates in various yoga styles and activities, including hiking, tennis, golf...all of which enhance and are enhanced by Budokon.

After moving to Nashville in November of 2008, he has been looking to start teaching again. Bringing the uniqueness of this practice to students is what drives him to teach. He hopes that some like it so much, that they become teachers...and he can take their class.

Although initially ‘difficult’, Budokon will deliver increased balance, strength, and flexibility. This isn’t a class where you can hide on your mat...

Chris moved to Nashville to head an Analytical Chemistry group within a Vanderbilt University Drug Discovery Program. And so far loves Nashville!
