Gina Rossy
Gina was a runner for 15 years before finding yoga to become more flexible. After experiencing a power yoga class she was hooked, practicing more and more frequently. Five years ago she discovered and completed teacher training in Ashtanga yoga. Gina credits Hilary Lindsay as having the biggest influence on her practice and teaching style.

Gina's classes are athletic/power Vinyasa Flow, inspired by her Ashtanga practice. She feels that there can be both and intensity and an aware, intelligent approach to practice that teaches us so much about ourselves. The asanas lead the way forward to experience ourselves fully, allowing us to be our best selves. This is how yoga has changed, and continues to change, her life and this is what she tries to bring to her classes…to share her love for this practice.
