Nashville hometown girl Donna will conduct musical prayers as assimilated Nashvillian Laura conducts the embodied orchestra through an asana practice composed, sequenced, arranged, and engineered through universal principles of alignment to open your heart to the colors of Autumn!' This is an all-levels practice. Come with intention and gear to groove and to move! The cost of the afternoon is $40 and we strongly encourage you to register in advance!
	Donna De Lory Donna De Lory is a Nashville native girl and graduate of Hillsboro High School who is back in Nashville to visit her dad, musician Al De Lory. In her time away from Nashville, Donna has made a brilliant career as a singer and songwriter whose voice and sound seem to transcend time and genre. Her music is a meditative blend of Eastern chanting and Western devotional pop, a seamless hybrid of English lyrics and devotional Sanskrit mantras set to modern melodies. Donna has recorded with legendary artists including Santana, Julio Iglesias and Jewel, and has been a longtime accompanying vocalist for Madonna.
Laura Miller Laura Marjorie Miller is a Nashville–assimilated yoga teacher whose teaching is inspired deeply by the philosophy of Anusara Yoga. ‘Anusara’ is a Sanskrit word that means 'to travel with the currents of grace,' so Laura teaches Yoga as a method of aligning with the universe in order to experience life in expanded freedom, sensitivity, and joy. She encourages her students to think of their practice and their poses as artful expressions of the heart which add more beauty to our world. She has studied extensively with Anusara’s founder, her teacher John Friend, and has had a longtime girl crush on Madonna.
