Yin Yoga w/Meditation
The format of this class is 15 minutes flow, 30 minutes yin and 30 minutes meditation. This way we'll practice holistically, moving through the denser bodies into the subtle. Some of you are familiar with all of the above. If you're not the flow practice will help settle us into the yin and meditation portion. Yin yoga is a meditative practice- slow and passive, it is also great to get release and flexibility into the body. We'll end with meditation, which is what all that asana is preparing us for anyway.
