A beautiful serene environment to explore and transform physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Yoga is an ancient Sanskrit word which means union. Yoga refers to methods for achieving union with liberation, or self-realization, with an emphasis on personal training and experience. It is a form of self-study that engages attention to the consequences of our actions and to realize The Source of our suffering. The practice of asana and pranayama, postures and breath, has an immediate affect by opening and clearing the body, which influences and alters the mind.

Yoga Source was established in 1995. It is our goal to provide a beautiful serene environment that encourages and supports the community's practice and study of yoga. Classes are offered continuously throughout the year. We encourage you to drop in for a scheduled class at any time. The first yoga class for local students is free.

New Budokon class!

Chris Denicola will be teaching a new Budokon class on Tuesday nights at 7pm starting on July 7th. Budokon (bu-do-kon) translates directly in Japanese as (Bu) warrior, (Do) way, (Kon) spirit – or "way of the spiritual warrior." Founded in 2001 by yogic and marital arts master Cameron Shayne, Budokon is the first and only art form to integrate yoga, martial arts, and living arts into one complete system.

Budokon draws inspiration from innovation. Influenced by many styles, but a slave to none, the Budokon physical practice is a mixed system that combines the explosiveness of Karate, the agility of Jiu-Jitsu, and the playfulness of Capoeira with the artistry and fluidity of Tai Chi, and the meditative and restorative quality of Yoga into one seamless expression. It is a true evolution of movement that must be experienced to be understood.

New Meditation class!

Brett will be leading a new free Meditation class on Thursday evening at 8:30-9pm starting July 9th.

In her classes she blends principles of alignment and heart opening insight into a rejuvenating and flowing vinyasa practice. She encourages healing at the physical, mental and emotional levels, guiding students on a path of self-discovery and transformation in the midst of fast-paced modern living. Michele is a 500-hour Yoga Alliance certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher and Director of OneTree Yoga in Cleveland, OH.
Brandon began his journey as FireSide Symphony in 2002, with a guitar in his hands, a voice and words with a message that encourage, in a dark time, Love, Peace and Happiness to shine. Learning to play many instruments as a boy and his continued collaboration with musicians from all over the world, contributes largely to the diversity of the music during a performance. Solo, or with guests, a variety of string and percussive instruments with vocal harmonies, allow the essence of FireSide Symphony to come alive.
