A beautiful serene environment to explore and transform physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Yoga Source was established in 1995. It is our goal to provide a beautiful serene environment that encourages and supports the community's practice and study of yoga. Classes are offered continuously throughout the year. We encourage you to drop in for a scheduled class at any time.

At Yoga Source we believe everyone should be able to practice yoga so we have added a pay-what-you-can "donation" option to all of our classes. Students can either use a purchased package or give whatever they can afford for the class. The recommended donation for a drop-in is still $15 but there is no requirement because we do not want anyone to sacrifice their personal well-being at a time when they need yoga and its benefits the most.

Molly Watson's yoga journey began three years ago in Washington, DC. Inspired by the new challenge, she quickly fell in love and has not looked back since.


Saturday Bliss Yoga Class Returns

Corrine is back in Nashville to teach the Saturday 3pm Bliss Yoga class on July 31st and August 7th before heading to French Alps (see below for details).
